Nothing to buy
A listing cannot be bought at any price, so nothing here is an upsell: no featured slots, no add-ons, no tier that moves a role up the page. We choose what goes on the board and we are the only ones who can.
About Forcepull
Forcepull is a remote-only job board for tech. We built it because generic job sites reward volume, not relevance. Every listing is fully remote, with a published salary.
For years the best roles in tech were tied to a handful of expensive cities. If you didn't live in one, or didn't want to, your options shrank no matter how good you were. That never sat right with us.
So we started Forcepull: a job board for roles that are genuinely, permanently remote. We insist on a real salary band before a listing goes live, and we keep the path between candidates and employers as short as possible. No bait-and-switch, no "remote-friendly" fine print, no recruiter middle layer.
It's small, independent, and self-funded. We answer to the people who use the board, nobody else. A listing cannot be bought, so nobody can pay to be seen.
Our principles
A listing cannot be bought at any price, so nothing here is an upsell: no featured slots, no add-ons, no tier that moves a role up the page. We choose what goes on the board and we are the only ones who can.
Self-funded. No investors pushing growth metrics, no enterprise tier shutting out small teams. We answer to users, not a board.
No "apply through us" middle step. Candidates click straight through to your own application page. We don't collect resumes, we don't insert ourselves.
No hidden algorithm. Fresh roles surface at the top, older ones age out naturally. Nobody can pay to jump the queue.
