Jobs are free because companies can't pay to be here.

Nobody buys a listing, so nobody can buy the order they appear in. We find the roles, check them against our rules, and publish the ones worth your time. The board is currently self-funded. When we sell advertising it will be labelled and never a job.

Quick answers

  1. Why can't I pay to be listed?

    Because a list you can buy your way onto stops being a recommendation. The moment a listing is for sale, every role on the page is there for a reason the reader cannot see. We would rather carry fewer jobs and have the board mean something.

  2. So how does a role end up here?

    We find it. Mostly from company career pages and the boards they already run, checked by hand against the same three rules every time: fully remote, a real published salary, and an apply link on the employer's own site.

  3. We are hiring. Can we tell you about a role?

    Yes, and you are welcome to. Send us the link to the role on your own careers site. It goes into a queue we read. We cannot promise a reply or a listing, and most suggestions will not become one, but nothing gets published without somebody here choosing it.

  4. Something on our listing is wrong, or the role is filled.

    Email us. If the role is filled we will close it (the page stays up, marked closed). If a fact is wrong (salary, location, the apply link) we will correct it. If you want the listing taken down, we will.

  5. What counts as a role you would publish?

    Any fully-remote tech role with a real, published salary band. Region-constrained remote is fine; hybrid and on-site are not. Agencies and recruiters are not published at all, whoever they are recruiting for.

  6. What does the advertising look like?

    There is none on the board today. When there is, it will be labelled, finite, and never inside the job list. It will not be a job, it will not move any job, and no advertiser will have a say in what is on this board.
