About the role
Aleph is hiring a Staff+ Software Engineer for the AI side of an FP&A platform, which is a category with a multi-billion market and no clear winner.
The problem the posting describes is the one every finance team knows: data scattered across a dozen systems, endless spreadsheets, and most of the month spent assembling numbers rather than reading them. The AI work is what removes that assembly. This is early enough that the engineer shapes what gets built rather than implementing it.
Aleph is 30 people. Remote in the United States, inside overlapping hours with the rest of the Americas team.
