About the role
Oscilar makes an AI risk decisioning platform that banks and fintechs use for fraud, credit and compliance. This TAM Director builds and leads its Technical Account Management team.
You would hire and develop TAMs who own their portfolios from onboarding through adoption, renewal and expansion, own team results on gross and net revenue retention, satisfaction and time-to-value, set standards for account planning and customer health, and act as the senior escalation point for strategic accounts and complex technical problems.
The posting asks for a strong technical grounding across REST APIs, SQL, Python, data integrations and cloud infrastructure. Pay is $255,000 to $285,000. Remote.
