Senior Engineering Manager - Test Systems & Tooling

Temporal is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Test Systems and Tooling, the team that builds the shared systems and environments Temporal's own engineers use to validate the platform under production-like and adverse conditions.

You would hire and coach that team, make production-like test environments practical, and build the capabilities that surface behaviour only visible at scale: workload replay, realistic workload generation, multi-tenant and load testing, and repeatable failure injection. A lot of the job is making sure system-level testing gaps do not fall between teams.
