About the role
Lattice is hiring a Senior Director of Engineering to lead Talent Engineering, an organisation of more than 50 engineers and managers.
The team owns Lattice's performance management, engagement survey and goal setting products, and is rebuilding them around AI-assisted experiences. The job is coaching engineering managers and senior leaders, setting direction across a portfolio of customer-facing products, and making the tradeoffs between customer needs, product priorities and engineering investment.
Lattice can only hire in British Columbia or Ontario for this role.
