Staff Software Engineer - Test Systems & Tooling

Temporal is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for Test Systems and Tooling, making sophisticated system-level testing practical across its engineering organisation.

You would design the tooling that lets engineers spin up test cells resembling production topology and configuration, build workload generation, multi-tenant testing and traffic replay, and create repeatable ways to inject failure: latency, dependency faults, resource exhaustion, degraded-state recovery and region-level scenarios. The target is reproducing the problems that only emerge from the interaction of workload, scale and multi-tenant behaviour.
