Eleos Technologies is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer for an app that tens of thousands of truck drivers use to do their jobs.
The posting makes a point of saying it is more than the usual CRUD and chat, and the examples back it up: truck-specific navigation and route planning, algorithms for the safest vehicle route, document scanning, much of it running on the device. As a senior member of the iOS team you would work across architecture, interface, local database and networking, next to the peers who own the Android app and the sync API.
Eleos is twelve years old, was bootstrapped, and its engineering team has been fully distributed since day one. Remote within the United States.
