About the role
Research emerging fraud across Twilio’s voice, messaging and email networks. Analyse traffic and large event datasets, investigate incidents, and work with data scientists to improve detection models and reduce false positives. The role asks for at least five years in fraud investigation, trust and safety, or security analysis. The salary shown is the published range for eligible Tier 3 locations; pay for other eligible states is discussed during hiring.
Remote: United States, excluding California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington. Occasional team travel may be required.
