About the role
Temporal builds an open source durable execution platform. This Staff Product Manager owns Core Primitives, the behaviour developers build on across Temporal's server, APIs, SDKs and Cloud.
You would set strategy and roadmap for the charter, turn customer, field and open source signals into decisions about improving an existing primitive, adding a new abstraction or changing SDK and API behaviour, and ship those changes with engineering. Defining developer experience goals and metrics before big investments, then measuring them, is part of the job. Success in year one is fewer custom patterns and less production risk for teams building on Temporal.
Pay is $160,000 to $262,500. Remote, US or Canada.
