Staff Product Manager, Agent Primitives

Temporal's durable execution platform is already used as a substrate for agent workloads. This Staff Product Manager owns Agent Primitives, the agent-specific abstractions that go beyond workflows and activities.

You would get to know the problems agent builders face, own strategy and roadmap for agent primitives, and turn ambiguous signals into clear product theses, such as whether the agent loop needs a higher-level abstraction or how durability should change under different latency and cost constraints. Up-front discovery and close work with engineers and designers are central.

Pay is $160,000 to $262,500. Remote, US or Canada.
