This is the sibling of the VA product seat, and a different job. Closer to incident and programme coordination than roadmap ownership: rapid-response work across VA program offices when something enterprise-scale breaks, with you as the point of contact. Federal IT experience is the thing that matters, ideally at the VA itself. Jira or similar is named.
