The seat is backlog ownership on Oddball's VA team, on the backend of one of the largest veteran health portals in the country: user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, and keeping engineers, designers and government stakeholders pointed the same way. They are buying federal health IT experience, or Oracle Health or a comparable EHR. VA background is a plus rather than a hard gate.
