Applied Machine Learning (ML) Manager

SentiLink is hiring an Applied ML Manager to own a core area of the fraud detection and identity verification models much of the US financial system runs on.

You would manage four applied ML scientists, growing to six by the end of 2026, and stay close enough to the work to review code and contribute where it matters. The models are yours across the full lifecycle: data acquisition, feature engineering, training and production. Data science drives product decisions here, and the path from this role is strategic leadership over the ML and product domains you own.

The stack is Python 3, PostgreSQL, AWS, XGBoost, scikit-learn, pandas, Elasticsearch and OpenSearch, Neo4j, MLflow and Flyte.
