Senior Data Scientist, Product

RevenueCat is the monetization platform behind more than half of newly shipped subscription apps, handling over $16B a year in purchases for everyone from solo developers to large AI companies. It is a fully remote team of about 150 people across 25+ countries.

This is a product-minded data science role. You would dig into RevenueCat's data to find customer problems and product opportunities, then work with product, engineering and analytics to decide what gets built and how it is measured. The models you build go straight into customer-facing features such as LTV prediction, experiment significance, benchmarking and new data products, and you would keep improving them once they ship. After a few months you would join the on-call rotation and own one or more data features end to end.

They want 5+ years as a data scientist, strong SQL and data modelling, experience shipping predictive and descriptive models to production, and the ability to write or work on production Python. A solid grasp of statistics and experimentation, ideally including Bayesian methods, matters, as does explaining results clearly to non-specialists. The stack is a Python backend, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, dbt and AWS.

Pay is $220,000 plus equity, with a co-working desk, workspace and learning budgets, and 4-5 weeks of time off. Remote across the Americas or EMEA.
