Human Interest is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build retirement products for employers who have never been able to offer one.
The constraint the posting keeps returning to is trust: reliability and auditability are how the company earns it, so the systems have to be observable and maintainable rather than merely working. You would design, build and test with domain experts, which in a regulated savings product is less a nicety than the only way to get the rules right.
