About the role
Everis is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to work on growth for Pebble, its speaking-first language-learning app.
The stack is published rather than hinted at: Flutter and Dart on the client, TypeScript and NestJS behind it, MongoDB underneath. The work is finding bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, monetisation and retention, turning them into instrumented experiments, and then acting on what the numbers say, including stopping. Part of the job is making the experimentation machinery itself faster and safer.
Two years of shipping production software is the stated bar and no degree is required. Fully remote, with the posting naming Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, India, Pakistan and the Philippines among the places it hires.
