About the role
Bluesight builds medication intelligence products for hospital pharmacies, including RFID inventory management and controlled-substance tracking used by thousands of healthcare customers.
As a senior full-stack engineer on Shared Services you would design and maintain front-end and back-end applications that power data operations behind those products. The stack centres on Python FastAPI services, React front ends, AWS (including CodeBuild and EventBridge) and Terraform for infrastructure as code, with RDBMS and DynamoDB. You would own features from design through deployment and monitoring, write solid tests, lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Bluesight wants a computer science degree or equivalent experience, strong testing and software engineering practice, Terraform experience, and product-minded full-stack delivery. Ruby on Rails, Auth0 or FHIR experience helps.
Pay is $130,000 to $145,000 a year plus benefits. Fully remote in the continental United States.
