About the role
Provide technical leadership for Bluesight's 340BCheck healthcare platform. Guide architecture, improve team execution and support automated auditing, documentation and data-driven compliance workflows.
This is a staff-level individual-contributor role rather than people management, with a focus on mentoring senior engineers and improving the team's collective output.
Remote in the continental United States. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
The advertised annual salary is USD 170,000–200,000.
