Senior Growth Engineer
About the role
Hands-on growth engineering: pages and features across buffer.com, interactive tools, referral systems, conversion flows, analytics pipelines and SEO infrastructure. The projects named are concrete, from building a localisation framework to referral logic and attribution.
Buffer is fully distributed and famously transparent, publishing salaries and revenue for years before it was common. Growth engineering done properly is a real specialism, and this posting treats it that way rather than as marketing with a keyboard.
Worldwide remote, TypeScript, React, Next.js and BigQuery. Genuinely worldwide, which is rare at this band.
