Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Solace is a Series C startup that pairs US patients with healthcare advocates who help them navigate a complicated system. The engineering team is small and moves quickly.

As a senior full stack engineer you would own product work end to end, from design requirements through to deployment, building user-facing features from database models to UI components, creating services and APIs, and keeping the codebase healthy. The team ships on a continuous deployment cadence and expects engineers to commit code daily.

The stack is TypeScript throughout: a NestJS API with TypeORM, Postgres, Redis, React with a custom UI library built on shadcn, Tailwind and GCP. Solace is looking for 5+ years of frontend and backend experience, strong React and TypeScript/Node skills, startup experience and a feel for consumer-facing products.

Pay is $150,000 to $200,000. Remote, but applicants must be based in the United States.
