Mobile Software Engineer, Growth & Experimentation

About the role

Everis is hiring a Mobile Software Engineer for Pebble, its speaking-first language-learning app on iOS and Android.

The role is deliberately shaped to start earlier than most engineering jobs: find the product problem, decide what to test, build it, measure it, and use the result to decide what happens next. The posting is careful to say this is an engineering job with product responsibility, not a marketing job for someone who codes.

Everis was founded by Rob Rawson and Liam Martin, who previously built Time Doctor. Fully remote with company-sponsored retreats, and the posting says it does not use years of experience or pedigree as a proxy for ability.
