About the role
Airbyte began as an open source data integration platform with hundreds of connectors and is now building authenticated data access for AI agents. It has raised $181M from Benchmark, Accel and others.
This Technical Support Engineer supports its cloud and embedded integration platform. You would work with customers through tickets, email and calls, triage against SLAs, dig into problems across APIs, connectors, data pipelines and SaaS integrations, and reproduce bugs in enough detail for engineering to fix the root cause. Embedded customers bring onboarding and troubleshooting around OAuth flows, widget tokens, scoped API tokens and connector configuration.
Pay is C$89,000 to C$105,000. Remote, Canada.
