About the role
Solace is a Series C marketplace that pairs patients with healthcare advocates who help them navigate US healthcare. This Data Analyst works on how supply, demand, match quality and reimbursement interact across the business.
You would find bottlenecks across the patient journey and in advocate workflows, model advocate capacity and caseloads so operations can staff ahead of growth, and build Hex dashboards that give Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance self-serve metrics. You would also work with engineering to refine SQL and dbt transformations.
The posting describes an intense, fast-paced culture. Pay is $85,000 to $115,000. Remote, US.
