About the role

Malware and vulnerability research across the WordPress ecosystem, supporting WP Cloud, WPScan and Jetpack Protect. Analysing hostile code, tracking what is emerging, and building the tooling that detects and remediates it at ecosystem scale.

PHP is required rather than optional, which follows from where the malware lives. They ask for three years of security research and note two to three weeks of travel a year.
