.Net Developer, SaaS Manager
1Password $111K - $155K/year Posted about 2 hours ago
About the role
As part of 1Password's SaaS Manager team, you'll build the platform that IT and security teams rely on to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems, work that earned 1Password recognition as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SaaS Management Platforms. You'll work on real problems: uncontrolled AI spend, shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, and the complex access lifecycles that come with it. Following 1Password's acquisition of Trelica in early 2025, you'll join a collaborative team with a startup mindset backed by the resources of one of the most trusted names in security. This is a role for an intermediate developer with a solid technical foundation who takes real ownership and is ready to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform.
- Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production.
- Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback, and use both as opportunities to grow your technical judgment.
- Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of your regular workflow, not as an afterthought.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand the customer problems behind your work and advocate for good outcomes.
- Surface blockers and open questions early, keeping yourself and your teammates unblocked and the work moving forward.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional software development experience with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
- You know how you learn, and you learn quickly: comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases without everything handed to you.
- You take real ownership of your assigned work: you follow through, flag problems early, and hold a high bar for what done means.
- You write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and understand why those things matter in production.
- You're a strong collaborator who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and works well across engineering, product, and design.
- You're curious about how agentic AI tools fit into your own development workflow and use them thoughtfully.
- Bonus: comfort across a wide range of stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others), evaluating technology on its merits for the problem at hand.
