About the role
Sitting inside the product design team, prototyping in code, validating with customers, then shipping the production version. The surfaces are the dashboard, admin portal, AuthKit and Atlas.
WorkOS sells enterprise readiness to developer companies: authentication, identity and access control, and increasingly the same questions applied to agents. A lot of state, a lot of edge cases, and design work that is mostly about making complexity legible. United States and Canada. The design team describes itself as AI-first in its tooling.
