Staff Product Designer

HighLevel makes an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform used by agencies and small businesses around the world. It is a remote-first company with teams in more than 15 countries.

This staff product designer is a senior individual contributor who leads design for complex initiatives spanning several teams and product surfaces. You would turn customer needs and product strategy into clear experience direction, build prototypes, workflows and high-fidelity designs, design AI-enabled and automation-heavy interfaces, strengthen shared patterns, accessibility and design system adoption, and mentor senior designers. The team works across US and India time zones in a fully remote setup.

HighLevel wants 8+ years of product design on complex digital products, ideally SaaS or B2B, a portfolio showing staff-level craft and shipped impact, strong prototyping in Figma, Framer, AI coding tools or light front-end code, and deep fluency in design systems and accessibility. Experience with AI-powered tools is mandatory, and applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Pay is £120,000 to £140,000 a year. The role is 100% remote in the United Kingdom, employed through an employer-of-record partner.
