Sr. Manager, Product Design

HighLevel makes an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform used by agencies and small businesses in more than 150 countries. The company is remote-first, with over 2,000 people across 10+ countries.

This senior design manager leads design for HighLevel's core platform, its native mobile apps and its design system. You would manage around eight product designers across the US and India, including line management of the design system team, run critiques and quality reviews, set a higher bar for visual and interaction design, and partner with product and engineering on priorities and roadmaps. The team is adopting AI-assisted production workflows with tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and you would help shape how designers use them.

HighLevel wants 9+ years in product design or UX including 3+ years managing designers, experience across complex B2B SaaS, platform or mobile products, strong visual and interaction craft, experience leading design system work, and comfort managing a distributed team across time zones.

Pay is £115,000 to £148,000 a year. The role is remote in the United Kingdom, employed through an employer-of-record partner.
