Senior Product Designer, Developer Platform

LiveKit makes the realtime infrastructure that developers use to build, test, deploy and observe voice AI agents. Its platform carries billions of calls a year for companies including OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce and Spotify.

This designer owns how developers test, evaluate and debug their agents: simulations, evals, logs and agent insights. The users are deeply technical people trying to work out why a voice agent failed a call, so the job is turning dense, real-time data into interfaces that are quick to scan and act on, and inventing interaction patterns for AI-native workflows where an agent drafts and a human adjusts. You would prototype in code, work closely with engineers to ship, and add patterns to the design system for debugging-heavy screens.

LiveKit wants someone who has shipped design for developer tools, observability or data-heavy products, has good data-visualisation instincts, and is comfortable reading PRs, tweaking Tailwind and building prototypes. Experience designing AI or agent tooling, and using AI tools in your own process, is expected.

Pay is $184,000 to $250,000 plus equity, with health, dental and vision cover and flexible vacation. Remote in the United States or Canada.
