About the role
Popl turns in-person events into CRM pipeline, capturing and enriching leads from badge scans at trade shows, conferences and field events. This role designs across the whole platform, the web dashboard and the mobile app both.
The framing in the posting is refreshingly concrete: you inherit a mature, feature-rich product rather than a blank page, and the central problem is making complex multi-step B2B workflows feel simple. Alongside that it is design systems work, building out component libraries so the web and mobile products stop diverging, and defining the team's quality bar and design QA practice.
It is a senior individual contributor role on a small and growing in-house design team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Remote within the United States.
