About the role
The most senior design IC on one of Circle's core product areas. Which area depends on your strengths and their priorities, which is either refreshing honesty or a question to ask in the first call. You define the problem rather than receive a brief, and as the team grows you are expected to raise the bar around you. AI is not a side project in the product.
Worldwide and genuinely async: they do not track hours, they document heavily, and they bring everyone together twice a year in person. The offsites are a real part of the deal. They also ask for English at C2, which is a high bar and not a throwaway line. Around 270 people across more than 30 countries.
