About the role
Chromatic wants a product designer who works in code as well as in Figma, on the problem of bringing developer workflows to agents.
The span is wider than most design jobs. Research, user flows and pixels, but also building prototypes and production UI in React, verifying implementation quality down to interaction behaviour, copy and edge cases, and building design systems with components and tokens for engineers and agents both. One requirement is unusual enough to read twice: the posting expects you to be using coding agents already and tuning the quality of their output, and to develop agent skills and harnesses that encode design decisions.
It asks for eight or more years of product design experience. Remote from North America or Europe.
