About the role
Own conversational behaviour for Deepgram voice agents: turn-taking, interruptions, confirmation, recovery and pacing. Work with ML and engineering teams on latency and speech interaction trade-offs, build evaluations, and create reference experiences for developers. This is a staff individual-contributor role.
Remote: United States; Pacific Time, San Francisco preferred.
