Outset is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead customer projects in Europe end to end.
The range of the role is the point. React and Next.js on the front, backend services and real-time data processing behind it, plus work on Outset's own large language model and live interview technology, all of it driven by sitting with customers and building the specific thing they turned out to need. Outset runs AI-moderated user interviews, giving qualitative research at a scale it has never had. HubSpot, Microsoft, Uber and Nestlé use it, and it raised a $30M Series B in December 2025 led by Radical Ventures. Remote within the European Union.
