About the role
Runway builds generative video tools and general world models, AI systems that simulate the world for creative work, robotics and research. This PM role sits on research products and covers the whole lifecycle, from early model development and pre-training through post-training, UX, launch, pricing and go-to-market.
You would own the strategy and roadmap for your area, work with researchers to turn model capabilities and customer needs into clear requirements, ship with engineering and design, talk to users every week, and run your own analysis and A/B tests in SQL and Python.
They want 4+ years of product management including taking something from zero to one, a technical or quantitative background, and real experience writing code before AI code generation, whether as an engineer, data scientist or technical founder. Working knowledge of current ML capabilities matters, and generative AI or creative tools experience is a plus.
Pay is $230,000 to $280,000. Remote anywhere in the US.
