AI/ML Modeling Team Lead
About the role
Redhorse Corporation builds data and technology solutions for US government missions. This AI/ML modeling team lead supports the US Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) programme.
You would lead day-to-day delivery for the modeling team, translate mission objectives into modeling requirements, guide architecture for features, validation and explainability, review pipelines for quality and governance inside the Advana environment, and partner with data engineers, developers and USAF stakeholders. Mentoring data scientists and keeping agile delivery moving are core to the role.
Redhorse wants an active Secret clearance, 6+ years in data science or machine learning including technical leadership, a record of using data products for operational outcomes, and strong stakeholder communication.
Pay is $140,000 to $170,000 a year. Remote in the United States.
