Senior AI/ML Engineer
About the role
Redhorse Corporation builds data and technology solutions for US government missions. This senior AI/ML engineer supports Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) work that improves aircraft sustainment for the US Air Force.
You would lead CBM+ AI/ML initiatives from concept through production, architect data pipelines and feature workflows, design and optimise machine learning, deep learning and generative AI models, build knowledge-graph capabilities, mentor engineers on MLOps and secure deployment, and set monitoring for data quality, drift and model performance. Travel to government customers is minimal.
Redhorse wants an active Secret clearance, a master's in a STEM field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of applied NLP, strong analytics and data engineering (including Databricks/PySpark-style stacks and SQL), and deep statistical foundations for predictive maintenance work.
Pay is $180,000 to $200,000 a year. Remote in the United States.
