Building security tools and frameworks rather than assessing client code. Projects range from AI and ML security frameworks to compiler-based security tooling, and much of what this team builds ends up public.
The growth path is stated clearly: you start receiving tasking from project leads and delivering milestones, and grow into leading feature development, breaking down objectives and presenting to clients. They describe themselves as AI-native and leave the workflow to you. US remote, Python, C++ and Rust.
