About the role

Americas time zones, with travel expected for offsites and conferences. This is the deliverability seat rather than a general backend one: IP and domain reputation, authentication, bounces, complaints, suppressions and warmup, and knowing how the big mailbox providers behave when they decide to stop trusting you.

Resend is explicit that the job is turning deliverability judgement, which is usually folklore, into metrics and policy. If you have done mail operations or anti-abuse at volume, that is the experience they name.
