- Run the release readiness process across the portfolio, driving the operational rhythms and reviews that keep launches on track.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, product marketing, and revenue teams so the right stakeholders align at the right time on launch decisions.
- Define and monitor operational health metrics, using release data, customer signals, and stakeholder input to surface risks and prioritize improvements.
- Drive the automation roadmap for systems such as AI-powered release tracking, intelligent triage, self-service launch tooling, and automated stakeholder reporting.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog for operational automation, working with automation engineers to turn operational insight into shipped solutions.
- Define success metrics for the systems you own, measure adoption and impact, and iterate on what you learn.
- Stay fluent in modern AI capabilities, including LLMs, agents, and automation platforms, to spot where they unlock step-function improvements.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in engineering, design, product management, or product/design operations, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in SaaS or cloud platform product development lifecycle environments.
