About the role
Context engineering as a product category barely existed two years ago, and Elastic has a strong position to build from given what it already does with search and vectors. This role owns the vision and strategy for Elastic Agent Builder, the bet that retrieval and relevance become the context layer for enterprise agents.
Working with hyperscaler partners and evangelising to a developer community is part of the job. Benchmarking and evaluation work with data science is named, which suggests claims are expected to be backed.
Canada remote, principal level.
