Webflow is hiring a Staff Data Engineer to own and drive key initiatives across Data Platform Engineering: the data lake, event instrumentation, data quality and data governance.
Those four together are the whole spine rather than one slice of it, which is what makes this a staff-level remit. Webflow is an agentic web marketing platform, so the instrumentation feeding this platform is what tells customers whether the experiences they build are actually working.
