Security Technical Account Manager

When a CVE lands in something a large organisation cannot easily patch, this is the person they call. The customer's advocate inside Red Hat for security matters: debugging and resolving security issues, liaising with Red Hat Product Security, and advising on the impact of planned changes to sensitive systems.

This is a support role in the sense that a doctor provides support. The value is judgment rather than escalation.

US remote, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible. Deep Red Hat portfolio knowledge is the requirement, and it takes a while to build.
