About the role

As a Senior Technical Success Manager at Snyk, you will be the strategic advisor for top-tier enterprise customers adopting the Snyk AI-native Developer Security Platform. Rather than simply supporting software adoption, you will help Fortune 100 companies shape how they secure their development lifecycles in the AI era, guiding engineering leaders through DevSecOps transformations and turning security from a blocker into an enabler. If you are passionate about helping customers navigate change management and unlocking business value through data-driven analysis, this role puts you at the center of that work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop near, mid, and long-term strategies for enterprise customers so they realize full value across their application security workflows.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders in customer engineering and security organizations to drive adoption and retention.
  • Design and run customized onboarding programs aligned to each customer's security program goals across Snyk's product suite.
  • Represent customer needs internally, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support to influence roadmaps and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and facilitate quarterly business reviews, using data-backed storytelling to demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Mobilize internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and resolve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, engaging executives and technologists to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Experience working closely with highly technical enterprise (Fortune 100) customers in North America.
  • Strong working knowledge of developer and application security tools and workflows, including GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and VS Code.
  • Track record leading technical or engineering programs, with demonstrated thought leadership and business case development.
  • Exceptional communication skills: facilitating challenging discussions, handling objections, and influencing stakeholders from end-users to executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: a developer background or coding experience, familiarity with modern DevOps environments, and prior experience leading technical transformation teams.
