Senior Implementation Consultant (Spanish Speaking, Central Time Zone)

Snyk is looking for a bilingual Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Customer Success team and guide customers to success with the Snyk Developer Security Platform. This role is crucial for ensuring customers advance their security programs by effectively implementing the platform, and you'll play a key part in shaping how modern organizations in the LATAM region build and secure software at scale, embedding security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations, ensuring value is delivered.
• Lead calls in Spanish with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct project kick-offs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings.
• Lead and manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, facilitating customer outcomes across various teams.
• Manage and optimize Snyk onboarding practices.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, and risk factors through each phase of implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Represent customers' technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical consulting, SaaS software implementation, or customer-facing experience as a post-sales technical lead.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies, plus experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Proven ability to facilitate hands-on technical work with excellent client and project management skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues, with a consultative and technical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Bonus: a computer science degree with programming experience, prior work as a technical account manager, project manager, solution architect, or sales engineer for AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps products, a security certification such as CEH, CISSP, or CSSLP, and an interest in developer-first application security.
