Pipelines and infrastructure for Red Hat's customer data platform, connecting contact data with account and product data to support acquisition, engagement and retention. SQL, Python and R with analysts, across AWS, Redshift, Starburst and Snowflake.
A lot of the job is collaboration with sales and marketing on audience segmentation, so comfort with commercial stakeholders matters as much as pipeline craft. US remote. Customer data platforms are where data quality problems become visible to people outside the data team.
