TDP Architect - AI

Join Red Hat's newly formed AI Services Platform Team as an Architect living at the intersection of technical sales solutioning, service delivery, and product engineering influence. This is a highly strategic program as Red Hat moves fast to capture market share in a new, disruptive space. You will engage early in customer pursuits, define implementation objectives for strategic AI bets, and feed customer insight back to global go-to-market, delivery, and product engineering teams to advance Red Hat's entire AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize and scope AI offerings: partner with field and AI specialist teams to scope and deliver Red Hat AI service offerings, driving opinionated approaches that deliver high velocity and immediate customer value.
• Pioneer first-of-a-kind solutions: develop highly customized offerings whose initial engagements shape future repeatable services, go-to-market strategy, and long-term product direction.
• Drive delivery continuity: serve as the thread bridging initial sales solutioning and flawless execution for customers.
• Scale AI expertise globally: turn projects into repeatable engines through global best practices, enablement collateral, and delivery guardrails.
• Lead the resolution of varied, non-routine complex technical requirements, exercising independent judgment to hit functional and non-functional targets.
• Lead multiple standard engagements or multiple workstreams on a complex engagement, guiding pilot and production deployments as a trusted advisor.
• Champion the Red Hat Services portfolio, mentor junior team members, and engage senior Red Hat leadership to define market strategies.

Qualifications

• AI portfolio expertise: deep, comprehensive understanding of the Red Hat AI product portfolio and how to apply it to modern business challenges.
• Cross-portfolio expertise: expert understanding of Red Hat's broader product portfolio and the ability to tie Red Hat AI value into the wider Red Hat and IBM ecosystem.
• Proven services solution architecture skills, designing and implementing complex solutions that support revenue growth and scalable service models.
• Consultative selling experience, translating complex business challenges into tailored, high-value AI solutions.
• Expert requirements gathering and level-of-effort estimation for bleeding-edge technologies.
• Compelling presentation skills for audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-level executives.
• A track record of mentorship and building enablement kits that scale institutional knowledge.
