Set technical direction for Coinbase developer infrastructure, including build systems, continuous integration and deployment orchestration. Lead cross-team work that improves developer feedback and safe software delivery.
This staff-level role owns platforms from architecture through production operation and turns ambiguous problems into technical roadmaps.
Remote-first in the United States. Coinbase requires quarterly in-person working sessions called surges; this is not a remote-only position.
The advertised annual salary is USD 218,025–256,500.
